This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated on 22.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has made only Joint Commissioner of Police as party. Under section 154 Cr.P.C., complaint should be given to the jurisdictional police. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police.
