ORDER

This Court, by order dated 21.03.2016 in W.P.No.10534 of 2016, has directed the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners

dated 26.08.2015 and to pass appropriate orders/take necessary action, on merits and in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the necessary parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks.

2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondents, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents; that the representation of the petitioners was considered by the respondent and the respondents passed an order dated 09.08.2017 rejecting the claim of the petitioners. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
