Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.OP.No.3931 of 2021 dated 02.03.2021 by reporting before the Committal Court every working day daily 10.30 AM until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ILLANCHEZIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3931 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) & 302 of IPC, in Crime No.1416 of 2020, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
