3. MR.VIJAYAKUMAR S/o.Mr.H.Vasanthakumar Aged about 39 years No.26, Natesan Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017.

4. MR.VINOTHKUMAR S/o.Mr.H.Vasanthakumar Aged about 37 years, No.26, Natesan Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017.

..Applicants/Petitioners This application praying that this Hon'ble court be pleased to accept the payment of the succession duty of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) on Stock holding Ref.No. EPSTN2618010512742490, Transaction No.NHCMA0120222762L by way of E-payment instead of remitting the said sum to Reserve Bank of India in O.P.Diary.No.8843 of 2022.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This Application is filed seeking to accept the payment of the succession duty of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) on stock holding Ref.No.EFSTN2618010512742490, Transaction No.NHCMA01202227621 by way of E-payment instead of remitting the said sum to Reserve Bank of India in O.P.D.No.8843 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the applicants would submit that the applicants paid Rs.25,000/- by way of online payment for grant of

succession certificate by this Court. He submitted that instead of remitting the said amount to Reserve Bank of India, the applicants made payment of Rs.25,000/- by way of E-payment to the Reserve Bank of India and once the payment was made, the same would not be refunded. Therefore, the learned counsel submit that to accept the payment towards succession duty Rs.25,000/- by the applicants by way of Epayment instead of remitting the said payment to Reserve Bank of India.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, this application is allowed as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to issue the Succession Certificate to the applicants on acceptance of the Receipt filed by the applicants. Sd/.K.R.J.
