The present petition has been filed to transfer C.C.No.8 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu, to any other Metropolitan Magistrate's Court within the City of Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already trial has commenced and more than four witnesses were examined. Hence, he opposed this petition.

3. Since already trial has commenced and four witnesses were examined, at this juncture, this petition cannot be entertained. Therefore, based on the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
