(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.10723 of 2019 and reopen the writ petition. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would mainly contend that certain facts were not brought to the notice of this Court during adjudication of the writ petition.

However, this Court do not find such reason as acceptable, since in the final order, this Court made a finding that "though a counsel has entered appearance on their behalf, none appeared before the Court". 4.
