CMP.No.10768 of 2021 in SA.No.456 of 2014 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 and 3 herein as appellants 2 and 3 as the legal heirs of deceased sole appellant in the Second Appeal.

3.Heard both sides. The factum of the death of the sole appellant in S.A.No.456 of 2014 and the proposed parties are the legal representatives are not in dispute.

4.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed. 5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks.
