This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint made the petitioner dated 27.06.2015 and grant such other further relief.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.77 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
