Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5205 of 2021 dated 24.03.2021 in Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Nagapattinam in Crime No.05 of 2021 viz. the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5205 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 as amended by the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act 2018, in Crime No.05 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
