The petitioner, who appeared for the selection to the post of Civil Judges, pursuant to the notification issued in August 2014, has come up with the above writ petition seeking the issue of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to revalue the answer papers in Law Paper II.

3. At the outset, it should be pointed out that there is no provision for revaluation and revaluation cannot be ordered as a matter of course.
4. Yet, to satisfy our conscience, we directed the respondent to produce the answer paper of the petitioner in Law Paper II. We do not find anything wrong with the valuation. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
