Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2023 by giving adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members, based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR was registered in Crime No.78 of 2023. After completion of the investigation, a final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.304 of 2023, which is now pending trial.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
