Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.4279/2021 dated 10.03.2021 to the petitioner shall report before the respondent police Daily., until further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SILAMBUSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4279 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC, in Crime No.08 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
