This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent/complaint.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant dated 12.10.2022, an enquiry was conducted in RC 58/CM Cell and the case has been closed as "Civil in Nature".

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
