This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.06/MMD-C6-PS/2022 dt. 06.04.2022 and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to grant permission to garland the Dr.Ambedkar photo in the eve of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Birthday pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2022.
