ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2023 from the file of the second respondent to any other agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, after registration of the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2023, the investigation has been completed and the same was closed as "'Further Action Dropped".

3. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to serve the Referred Charge Sheet to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition in the manner known to law, if so advised.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
