ORDER

By this application, the applicant seeks the condonation of the delay of 6797 days in filing Form-66. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that the Workers Union had lodged a claim on behalf 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna of workers, but the applicant's name was not included therein. The applicant states that he became aware of such non inclusion recently. The Official Liquidator states that the liquidation process is ongoing and that claims are being considered as on date.

2. In the circumstances, subject to the applicant re-submitting Form66 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this application is allowed.
