Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the order of punishment of removal from service issued by the third respondent vide Memo No.M-II/HR/DA Cell/552/1604/2015 dated 03.05.2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential and attendant benefits within a stipulated time.
