CR.NO.84/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition "The Petitioner, on release from the prison, shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.NO.5824 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.K.MADHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that immediately after releasing him on bail, due to ill-health, he was admitted in the hospital. Hence, he is not able to appear before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m..

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to modify the condition, however the petitioner is directed to stay at Madurai and appear before Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai from 01.05.2021 until further orders.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
