KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., dn 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay of 86 days is condoned and this application is allowed.
5.Registry is directed to list TOS.No.44 of 2021 before the concerned portfolio Judge, after obtaining necessary orders from my Lord Hon'ble the Chief Justice, in the event, if any request is made either by applicant /plaintiff or the respondent/defendant for clubbing TOS No.44 of 2021 alongwith C.S.No.328 of 2021.
