Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from filing up the post of the College Librarian/Asst. Professor in Librarian without considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2010 pursuant to the directions of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.17562 of 2010 dated 19.11.2010 and grant such other further relief.

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for seeking a direction to forbear the respondents from filing up the post of the College Librarian/Asst.Professor in Library without considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2010, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.17562 of 2010 dated 19.11.2010.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner's representation was considered pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17562 of 2010. Further, it is stated that the respondents have amended the rules in respect of the post of College Librarian/Asst. Professor in Library.

3. In view of changed circumstances, the grounds raised in this writ petition deserves no further consideration. Accordingly, the Writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
