The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the main suit itself was already disposed of.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
