The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 06.12.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.26666 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 06.12.2017 has been complied with since, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 22.03.2018.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report dated 22.03.2018 in accordance with law, if he choses to do so.
