G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 466, 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.87 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who is the driver of a Lorry bearing Registration No.RJ09GC9169 produced a receipt for a sum of Rs.12,000/- alleged to have been issued by checkpost at Hosur. On verification with officials at Hosur, it was found that no such receipt was issued by them. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 28.04.2020, granted interim bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7353 of 2020 with certain conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the interim anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7353 of 2020 dated

28.04.2020 is made absolute on the following conditions:- '' The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the respondent police and the petitioner is directed to extend utmost co-operation to the respondent police, as and when required''.
