Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the petitioner was transferred to the Land Grabbing Cell, Vellore District and they are investigating the matter.

3. The Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, Vellore District, is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
