O R D E R

The plaintiff in O.S.No.118 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pollachi, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition, to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.735 of 1990 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pollachi for bare injunction. Thereafter, according to the learned counsel, the suit has been re-numbered as O.S.No.118 of 2008.

M.DURAISWAMY,J rg Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the plaintiff is a senior citizen and though the suit was filed in the year 1990, the trial Court has not disposed of the same till this date.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif Court, Pollachi to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.118 of 2008 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
