ORDER

The petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.02.2024 in relation to the submission of Forms F. Since such representation was not considered till date, the present writ petition was filed. In relation to assessment periods 1998-1999 and 1999-2000, the petitioner had failed to file Forms F in relation to stock transfer. By stating that such forms were subsequently enclosed with letter dated 21.02.2022, the petitioner submitted a representation on 05.02.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner referred to the communication of 21.02.2022 and pointed out that original Forms F were enclosed with such communication. Therefore, he seeks consideration of the representation dated 05.02.2024. 2/4

3. Mr.T.N.C.Kaushik, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondent. He submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time frame.

4. Accordingly, W.P.No.7936 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
