O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition to quash the proceedings of the respondent dated 10.08.2010 in Rc.No.K1/28304/2009, whereby, the order of the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai in his proceedings in K.Dis(B1) 36115/05 dated 11.02.2008 was set aside and the revenue authorities were directed to restore the revenue registries as Government Poramboke in respect of the suit land in revenue records. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing sometime, ultimately submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned by way of a fresh representation enclosing all the documents with regard to the relief sought for herein. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition.

3.In view of the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
