PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of the Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Classic Ayurvedic Health Care Spa", at No.10/1, Thiru.vi.ka.Nagar, Municipal Colony, Erode, Erode District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Classic Ayurvedic Health Care Spa", at No.10/1, Thiru.vi.ka.Nagar, Municipal Colony, Erode, Erode District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023 is not received. If a fresh representation is given, appropriate orders will be passed.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the respondent and on receipt of such fresh representation, the respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
