[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to grant 6 days emergency leave without escort to the petitioner viz. Ramachandran, S/o.Kalirathinam, aged about 49 years, who is confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation dated 11.02.2021 that was given by the petitioner's daughter, seeking emergency leave for the petitioner, was considered by the Superintendent, Central Prison, Coimbatore and who, by order dated 20.04.2021 in letter No.2795 of 2021, granted one day emergency leave to the petitioner.

Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
