ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 24.12.2015, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same in accordance with law

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner's daughter was in love with one Mohammed Nazeeruddin Siddique and she eloped with him on 15.10.2015, in connection with which a case in Crime No.1200 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent-Police. In the present complaint, it is alleged by the petitioner that his daughter has taken away some money when she eloped with Mohammed Nazeeruddin Siddique.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation, this Court is of the view that the matter is essentially between daughter and father, and that the father was angry with his daughter since she eloped with the said Mohammed Nazeeruddin Siddique. Hence, the complaint dated 15.10.2015, does not inspire confidence of this Court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
