2. Earlier this Court by an order dated 11.06.2024 granted interim anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is directed to hand over the remaining two title deeds to the petitioners and also withdraw the litigation pending against them as well as complaint.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per order of this the Court, the condition imposed on the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- has been complied with and the learned counsel has also produced a copy of Demand Draft bearing No.005038 000259000 143000 16, dated 19.08.2024 for a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- and the same is recorded.
4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner has reported that defacto complainant had custody of seven document and the details of the same is
furnished hereunder:

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that out of the above mentioned documents, the defacto complainant has returned only three documents S.F.No.164 (Doc.Nos.2246/2013 measuring 1625 sq ft and S.F.No.27/3G Doc.Nos.43/2007 & 406/2005 measuring 1015 cents) and remaining documents were not returned by him.
6. Learned counsel for the defacto complainant has reported that apart from the three documents, he has no other document under his custody.
7. Recording the above said submissions and also considering the fact that the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed by this Court on 11.06.2024, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 20.08.2024 jai
