This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner, after closing the complaint dated 25.09.2020 by the second respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint given by one Akilan, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.G4/339/003533 and the same has been closed on 26.03.2022. He would further submit that the respondents police are not harassing the petitioner. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass her.
