2.It is seen that P.W.1's chief had commenced on 16.02.2024 and the matter stays at that stage. Therefore, the Subordinate Judge, Gudalur, is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.The Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs.
