ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(K), 4(1)(h), 4(1)(aaa), 4(1A), 14 A of Prohibition Act and under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 473 of IPC in Crime No.162 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail as early as 12.05.2021 but he has not complied the condition imposed after lapse of nearly 11 months and now the petitioner has come before this Court by filing fresh anticipatory bail petition.

This Court is of the view that this petition cannot be entertained, in view of the non compliance of the condition imposed in earlier order, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
