The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition aggrieved against the proceedings of the Second Respondent dated 04.03.2019 with regard to the change of the name of Patta in favour of the Fourth Respondent Temple. When it was pointed out that such grievance of the Petitioner has to be decided only before the Civil Court, and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court to pursue his remedy and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty to the Petitioner. It is also open to the Petitioner to seek interim order pending disposal of the Civil Suit.
