This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the ex-parte interim order dated 18.02.2025 made in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.22 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Sholinganallur at Chengalpet District.

Though this revision has been filed challenging the order of injunction, taking note of the fact that the petitioners have already filed an application for vacating the order of injunction before the trial Court and the matter is listed on 08.04.2025, on consent, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur to hear I.A.No.2 of 2025 on 09.04.2025 finally and pass orders within a 2/4

period of 2 weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
