COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the Award passed by the first respondent viz., Labour Court, Salem, dated 04.10.2012, thereby directing the petitioner to reinstate the second respondent in all the petitions with continuity of service and to pay 40% of back wages to them.

Today when the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous, since the petitioner has already been regularized the second respondent in all the Writ Petitions. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Hence, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
