Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.2419 of 2022 by order dated 03.02.2022 (i.e) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VENKATACHALAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2419 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
