This application has been filed to amend the name of the second appellant as H.Syed Hazarath Beeran instead of Syed Hayrat Beeran.

2. The respondents have not raised any serious objections for allowing the application.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the matter for hearing on 20.07.2021.
