T.O.S.No.19 of 2013 and C.S.No.816 of 2007 P.T.ASHA, J., Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the plaintiff in TOS.No.19 of 2013 and the learned counsel for the plaintiff in C.S.No.816 of 2007 is present.

There is no appearance on behalf of the plaintiff on 08.09.2020 and 17.09.2020 as well as today. It was made clear that if the plaintiff is not present today, the suit would be dismissed for default. Since there is no representation for the plaintiff even today, the Testamentary Original Suit is dismissed for default.
