O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore to conduct and complete the trial of the case in C.C.No.3 of 2016 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint preferred by the respondent, the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore has taken the same on file in C.C.No.3 of 2016. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the learned Magistrate to complete the trial within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.It is seen that the case is pending for trial from the year 2016. As such considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore is directed to complete the trial in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.C.No.3 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
