This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with crime No. 3 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners demanded dowry and ill treated the defacto complainant and also insisted the defacto complainant to abort the foetus. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. On perusal of the records, it reveals that the defacto complainant's mother-in-law insisted her to abort the foetus which is against the interest of the defacto complainant. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
