Alleging that the order dated 04.4.2014 made in W.P.No.9076 of 2014 has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced the proceedings of the Chief Conservator of Forests, Chennai, in Ref.No.13135/2014 dated 20.01.2016 and submitted that the order has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner would also agree that the order has been complied with. However, he would submit that the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 20.01.2016, if he has got any grievance. We make it clear that the petitioner is always at liberty to challenge the proceedings, if he has got any grievance. So far as contempt is concerned, nothing more survives for adjudication and therefore, this contempt petition is closed.
