(CRIME NO.2/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.439 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17674 of 2021 dated 20.01.2022 that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.KUMARASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.439 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17674 of 2021 on 20.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e, 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
