3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the first petitioner has surrendered before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. He further submitted that petitioners 2 to 4 are not accused in this case and the petition against them were already dismissed on 25.10.2017.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
