Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to conduct Vigilance enquiry in respect of employment registration renewal of the petitioner bearing Registration No.12760/1992 and not sponsoring his name for the post of Laboratory Assistance in Tiruvannamalai District for the recruitment year 2014-2015.

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the record relating to the new employment registration card issued in favour of the petitioner dated 11/12/2014 with registration no.TMD2014M00021168 and the impugned order dated 28.01.2015 in proceeding NO. A1/8272/2014 issued by the 3rd respondent herein quash the same further direct the 3rd respondent herein to renew the original employment registration of the petitioner with registration NO.12760/1992. COMMON ORDER As the relief sought for in all the petitions are similar, they are disposed of by this common order.
2.When the cases are taken up for hearing , learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that during the pendency of the writ petitions, enquiry report was submitted to the Government recommending disciplinary action against the erred officials who have not renewed the petitioner's employment registration card, orders are awaited from the Government. In the mean while the 3rd respondent has also renewed the petitioner's employment registration bearing No.102760/1992. Hence prayer in these writ petitions have been fully complied with by the respondents and, therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents, these writ petitions are closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication. However, in the light of the stand taken by the learned Special Government Pleader that orders are to be passed on the enquiry 4/8
report, which is pending with the Government, this Court directs the 1st respondent in W.P. No.31969/2014 to take decision in respect of report submitted in pursuance to the vigilance enquiry, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is further made clear that pursuant to the renewal of the petitioner's employment registration, the original seniority of the petitioner in the employment registration seniority shall stand restored, if not already done.
4. With the above direction, these writ petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
