2. The petitioner claims that he is owning a house site situated in S.No.392/3, Molasi Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District and he was also issued with patta on 29.06.1994, by the 1st respondent. But it was objected to, by the adjacent house site owners and therefore, he submitted a representation dated 21.04.2015 before the respondents praying for measurement of the above said house sites. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though, his/application was received and acknowledged by the respondent on 22.04.2015, he has not been favoured with any response and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.
