This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the the respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 02.02.2015 and pass final orders urgently regarding incorporation of correct year of birth in the S.S.L.C. Book issued to the Petitioner based on the certificate of the competent authority viz., Tahsildar, Attur in No.1471/96/B5 dated 28.11.1996

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Respondents are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner in this writ petition has died and the cause does not survives.
