This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14.03.2018 and to conduct the investigation as per the procedure established by law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out him remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
