2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 5, none has entered appearance on behalf of them.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as cost to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai.

5.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
